1. Dream It.
The first step begins with your vision. From farmhouse to mid century modern, we’ll do a discovery meeting to find out your design preferences, wants, needs and budget.
2. Plan It.
We’ll agree on final details, build strategy and timeline, then leverage the relationships we’ve built over the years to pull in the best sub-contracting teams to fit your project.
3. Build It.
Finally, we’ll get to work on delivering a project of excellence. We’ll stay in close contact, keep you updated on progress, and walk through your build process with you step by step until completion.

After moving to Northwest Arkansas, my husband and I decided to build a home. We were given Ben Booth's name by a family member and after doing some research and meeting with Ben, we did not look any further. He is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and competent. Ben, along with his wife, Cassie have helped us every step of the way. I like that they have let us make decisions but not mistakes. Ben has consistently hired the best subcontractors and we have worked well with all of them. While we are a little over budget, it is due to our decisions to change/ upgrade some item. Ben gave us an itemized estimate up front and I am able to see all the invoices so it has been easy for me to keep up with the budget. We started our home in May, 2014 and expect to be finished in Oct, 2014. This will be ~ 30 days ahead of schedule. If I were to start this process all over, I would choose Booth Building and Design again.

Our Team.
Ben Booth and his team have been building homes for more than 20 years. What started as "hands on" remodels, and small projects, quickly turned into spec homes and now high-end custom homes. Ben’s work has now been featured in many publications and has won regional awards for his quality. Ben has also served as the president of the NWA Home Builders Association and is a Certified Green Professional.
Cassie Booth graduated from The University of Central Arkansas in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design. She went on to intern with nationally acclaimed Interior Designer Georg Andersen as well as an apprenticeship with CEO of Professional Interior Design Inc., Mrs. Rita Johnson, ASID. Cassie then sat for the National Certification of Interior Design Qualification exam and became NCIDQ certified. She is also registered with the Arkansas State Board of Interior Designers (ASRID). With these credentials and over 16 years experience, she is able to help BB+D clients with all aspects of interior design, and is a valuable asset to the business.
Michael Booth joined BB+D in 2015. His background in landscaping, painting, construction business management, and all things mechanical have proved to be a welcome addition to the team. He is involved in both the day to day operations, as well as BBD property management. Most BB+D custom home clients know “Mikey” as the one who manages the punch lists and move-in week for them!
